Peter Yozzo — CEO and President
Pete Yozzo is a committed entrepreneur and a person truly excited about business. Pete founded ThinkHR after closely following IT outsourcing’s transition to mainstream and saw the beginnings of the same movement in HR. He spends his time focused on how to transform HRO from a service primarily utilized by the Fortune 500 to a solution available to both small and mid-sized companies interested in more efficient and potentially business-changing HR.
Prior to ThinkHR, Pete was involved with a variety of entrepreneurial efforts. He has served all sizes of companies, including Fortune 500. In his career he founded Mindshare Group, Blaise Software, Inc. and The Capital Group, and he worked directly with Channel Point.
During his various business endeavors, Pete, a native New Yorker, started a family with his wife Laura (they have 4 children) and moved cross-country to Pleasanton, California. He spends his free time coaching his children in various sports, surfing down in Santa Cruz and helping the local high school wrestling team. He himself earned recognition as a NCAA Division 1 Wrestling champion during his college years at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Penn.
John Bobincheck — Vice President Business Development
John was one of the first people to join ThinkHR and has been instrumental in helping chart the strategic course for the company. John has run the gamut from marketing and product development to sales and broker channel relations. John’s experience in the HR industry and his contact with professionals from Fortune 500 to small high-tech companies allows him to help manage ThinkHR and assist clients in improving their own businesses.
Prior to ThinkHR, John was the Director of Marketing for TriNet. This helped him develop his PEO and HRO expertise. He also served as Director of Marketing for Better Homes Realty, Director of Marketing for Sutter Mortgage Corporation and Quality Control Supervisor for Pacific Volt Information Systems. During his business career, he developed a discerning sense of which business practices would yield results and those that would not. He applies this judgment to ThinkHR and to the businesses of his clients.
He’s also a bit of a thrill-seeker, and the most recent evidence is a bit of a limp from a racecar accident in 2005. While furthering his career, John also started a family with his wife Barb. John plays an active role with his children coaching them in sports and leading a Cub Scout den.
Jonathan David Pyle — Vice President Consulting Services
Jonathan leads the Consulting Services team at ThinkHR, serving as an interim executive in several industry verticals for ThinkHR clients. He evaluates clients’ needs and deploys service teams, resolves issues quickly and plays an active role in each project – he is currently serving as acting Senior Vice President of HR for a national retail chain, HR Project Leader in Mergers & Acquisitions activity for a local bank, and he has created leadership competency models for another national retailer.
Prior to joining ThinkHR, Jonathan played a number of roles in successful companies including Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at CyberBills, Inc., Director of Human Resources at Blaze Network Products, Inc. and Regional Human Resources Manager at Target Corporation. John has also been a Career Mentor for Upwardly Global, a non-profit firm.
Jonathan is the proud father of two, and lives with his family in Livermore, California. He and his wife are marathoners – their most recent adventure was the Mayor’s Midnight Sun Marathon in Anchorage, Alaska with Team In Training, a foundation devoted to raising money to find a cure for leukemia and lymphoma. He and his family also take great pleasure in the tradition of Thursday night dinners at Nonna’s house. Jonathan holds an M.A. in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
