Larry Dunivan
Executive Chairman

Larry is a seasoned executive in the software industry for over 30 years. His experience spans the entire spectrum of activities in a software company, with the greatest emphasis on executive leadership, sales management and product management/product development. His insights into the industry, its people and leadership are well regarded, and his emphasis on talent development, interpersonal interactions and sense of urgency set him apart. He has a unique ability to directly influence virtually all areas of operations in a software company with ease, making sure that critical milestones and financial objective are consistently met or exceeded.

 

Peter Yozzo
CEO

Pete founded ThinkHR in 2005 with the goal of empowering HR professionals and leveraging human interaction as a key differentiator in the underserved HR market. Under his leadership, ThinkHR has grown to serve employers across the country and sets the standard for helping companies empower, manage, and train their workforce.

A serial entrepreneur, Pete founded Blaise Software -an insurance content and health plan quoting portal which was acquired by ChannelPoint- Mindshare Group, and The Capital Group.

Pete holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University where he was an NCAA wrestling champion. Still passionate about wrestling, Pete coaches at the high school level.

 

Steve Klei
Chief Finance Officer

With over 20 years of CFO experience managing high growth, founder-led entrepreneurial environments, including five successful, fast-growing SaaS-based companies, Steve is widely regarded as one of the country’s top financial executives for venture-backed software companies.

In addition to his Board role at ThinkHR, Steve serves on four other Boards and Advisory Committees. He is Audit Committee Chair on the board of Demandbase, a member of the CFO Advisory Board for Silicon Valley Bank, the Advisory Board at Ceevra, and of the Board for Tribe Dynamics.

Most recently, Steve was CFO for Kabam. Prior to that, Steve was CFO at four other SaaS-based companies: Jigsaw (acquired by salesforce.com), ZANTAZ, ProBusiness, and he served as the early CFO for Xactly.

 

Steve King

Steve has led successful corporate expansion initiatives throughout his 25-year career. In his most recent operating role, he served as President and CEO of DocuSign. Previously, he was President and CEO of ZANTAZ, where he grew revenues 3,400% in a five-year period before the company’s acquisition by Autonomy Group. Steve also held executive positions at E*TRADE, helping increase revenues from $100 million to $1.5 billion. Steve became CEO of E*OFFERING, the online investment bank of E*TRADE, and led its sale to Wit Soundview. He also held senior management positions at Thomson Reuters and Ziff-Davis.

A recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Steve holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from Thomas Edison State College where he serves on the board of the TESC Foundation.

 

Mike Gaburo

CEO, COO and Board Member with a 15-year track record growing, scaling and acquiring Fintech and Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS businesses. Drove sustained growth in revenue, margin, EBITDA and stock price. Skilled at building strong teams and leading them to sales and service excellence. Excellent writing and communication skills. Energetic, focused and entrepreneurial. Early foundation in investment banking. Harvard MBA (Baker Scholar).

 

Roshen Menon

Roshen Menon is a Managing Partner of Guidepost Growth Equity and has been with the firm since its inception in 2007.

Roshen has been making growth equity investments for over 13 years and focuses on vertical software and technology-enabled investments in healthcare and information services.

Previously Roshen was with Summit Partners and was also a corporate strategy consultant at Deloitte Consulting advising domestic and international healthcare and technology corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, operations, and new product development. He began his career as an investment banker in the Financial Institutions Group at FleetBoston Financial. Roshen has an A.B. in Psychology and Asian Studies from Bowdoin College, where he was a Sarah and James Bowdoin Scholar.

 

Chris Cavanagh
Chris Cavanagh, Principal, joined Guidepost Growth Equity in 2015.

Chris focuses on originating, evaluating and managing growth equity investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors. He enjoys partnering with entrepreneurs of rapidly growing companies and supporting them through their company’s next phase of growth.

Previously, Chris was a Vice President at Great Hill Partners, a $5.3 billion Boston-based growth-focused private equity firm. Chris was involved in investments in software, internet, and business services and was responsible for originating, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, as well as assuming Board of Director responsibilities at portfolio companies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citigroup in New York, where he focused in the consumer products and retail sectors.
