Cook County Minimum Wage and Earned Sick Leave Posters Updated

The Cook County Commission on Human Rights issued two new notices about the earned minimum wage ordinance and the earned sick leave ordinance, both effective July 1, 2017. The earned minimum wage notice specifies who is covered by the ordinance, the amount of wages an employee is entitled to, and what to do if an employer is in violation of the law. The earned sick leave notice details who is covered by the ordinance, entitlements, protections, allowances, and what to do if an employer is in violation of the law.
