Protective Legislation Law Poster Updated

Employers must post the Protective Legislation Law poster in a conspicuous location in every workplace. The new poster includes an updated schedule for the payment of wages and a revision date of July 13, 2017. According to the poster, all wages due an employee must be paid on a weekly or biweekly basis. The New Hampshire Labor Commissioner may, upon written petition showing good and sufficient reason, permit payment of wages less frequently; however, it must be at least once each calendar month.
