Steve has led successful corporate expansion initiatives throughout his 25-year career. In his most recent operating role, he served as President and CEO of DocuSign. Previously, he was President and CEO of ZANTAZ, where he grew revenues 3,400% in a five-year period before the company’s acquisition by Autonomy Group. Steve also held executive positions at E*TRADE, helping increase revenues from $100 million to $1.5 billion. Steve became CEO of E*OFFERING, the online investment bank of E*TRADE, and led its sale to Wit Soundview. He also held senior management positions at Thomson Reuters and Ziff-Davis.
A recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, Steve holds a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from Thomas Edison State College where he serves on the board of the TESC Foundation.
George is the Executive Officer of Carroll Investment Co., an investor in ThinkHR since 2004.
Prior to Carroll Investments, George was Vice President and CFO of the David and Lucile Packard Foundation for 13 years where he led the development of the finance and administration function after the receipt of the large bequest from David Packard’s estate. George was also a partner of Arthur Andersen. He is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the California Water Service Group. He is also Audit Committee Chair for three private family foundations.
George is a CFA chair holder and a CPA. He holds an M.B.A. in finance from Harvard Business School.
Pete is partner, President and CEO for beere&purves, an employee benefits general agent. Under Pete’s leadership since 1996, beere&purves has grown from a start-up to one of California’s largest distributors of health insurance to small group employers, achieving annualized premium sales in excess of $500 million.
Pete began his career in the health insurance industry and held sales management positions with Provident Life & Accident and Anthem Blue Cross. He has participated on numerous insurance carriers’ advisory boards, held an officer position with local chapters of California Health Underwriters and served on the Benefits Advisory Board of the National Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers for the last six years.
Pete graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.

A serial entrepreneur, Pete founded Blaise Software – an insurance content and health plan quoting portal which was acquired by ChannelPoint – Mindshare Group, and The Capital Group.
Pete holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University where he was an NCAA wrestling champion.
Dan oversees ThinkHR’s day-to-day operations, product development and service delivery.
Prior to ThinkHR, Dan spent 25 years in a variety of leadership positions—from operations, manufacturing and global expansion to sales and marketing—with Level 5 Networks, Optranet, Skystream Networks, C-Cube Microsystems and Sierra SemiConductor.
Dan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and an M.B.S. from the University of Phoenix.
