Pete founded ThinkHR in 2005 with the goal of empowering HR professionals and leveraging human interaction as a key differentiator in the underserved HR market. Under his leadership, ThinkHR has grown to serve employers across the country and sets the standard for helping companies empower, manage, and train their workforce.
A serial entrepreneur, Pete founded Blaise Software -an insurance content and health plan quoting portal which was acquired by ChannelPoint- Mindshare Group, and The Capital Group.
Pete holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University where he was an NCAA wrestling champion.
Dan oversees ThinkHR’s day-to-day operations, product development and service delivery.
Prior to ThinkHR, Dan spent 25 years in a variety of leadership positions—from operations, manufacturing and global expansion to sales and marketing—with Level 5 Networks, Optranet, Skystream Networks, C-Cube Microsystems and Sierra SemiConductor.
Dan holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo and an M.B.S. from the University of Phoenix.
Laura leads the company’s HR services delivery teams, including the company’s elite group of HR experts and the team responsible for ongoing aggregation and analysis of HR knowledge.
Prior to joining ThinkHR, Laura held executive HR officer positions for large multi-national companies including AirTouch and Sygen as well as other companies in high tech, financial services and consumer products industries.
Laura holds an M.B.A. with honors in HR and organizational development from Golden Gate University, a B.S. in business administration with honors from The Ohio State University and an Executive Human Resources Management certification from Stanford University. She also holds an SPHR certification.
Mark oversees the delivery of ThinkHR’s technology solutions and defines the company’s technology vision and goals.
Prior to joining ThinkHR, Mark was the Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Oracle Sales Cloud, Senior Vice President of SaaS product development for Appirio and the Vice President of products for Pix System.
Mark holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Minnesota, an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Minnesota.
Vince owns the organization and execution for ThinkHR’s Sales and Customer Success organizations.
Prior to joining ThinkHR, Vince held a number of leadership roles, including VP of Sales and Business Development at Ambiq Micro, GM of Sensor Centric Systems and Wearable’s Strategy at Atmel and VP of Sales at Ozmo Devices.
Vince has a B.S. in biochemistry and B.A. in economics from the University of California, Davis as well as an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
Joy leads ThinkHR’s growth and continued leadership within the insurance and financial services sectors. She also oversees ThinkHR’s largest accounts, alliances and channel partner relationships.
Prior to ThinkHR, Joy held sales leadership positions at CIGNA, United Healthcare, EyeMed, Digital Insurance and Arthur J. Gallagher. As Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Digital Insurance, Joy helped transform the company from a start-up into one of the most admired and successful insurance brokers in the country.
Joy holds a B.A. in political science and mass media communication from the University of San Diego and a certificate from the Healthcare Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, San Diego.
Bryan manages ThinkHR’s customer success team and oversees the business development and customer service channels.
Bryan returns to the insurance vertical after 15 years of enterprise sales and sales management with SAS, Oracle and most recently Salesforce.com. Bryan was a founding member of Blaise Software Inc. and ran sales and business development for Blaise until it was sold to ChannelPoint in 1999.
Bryan received a B.S. in marketing from Lehigh University.
