Sexual Harassment Poster and Policy

On June 8, 2018, Illinois Governor Bruce Rauner signed legislation (H.B. 138) amending the Illinois Human Rights Act by requiring that employers notify employees, via workplace poster and employee handbook, of their right to be free from sexual harassment in the workplace.

The law became effective on June 8, 2018.
