  • Phone number (only where applicable to the service rendered, such as contact with our HR advisors)
  • Company name
  • Company location (street address, city, state and zip code)
  • Total number of employees
How Information Is Used

ThinkHR uses the information provided to directly service the customer through access to the tools on our platform and our HR advisors. This service includes:

  • Providing and delivering the products you request, process transactions, and sending you related information, including confirmations and invoices;
  • Sending you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
  • Responding to your comments, questions and requests, and providing customer service;
  • Communicating with you about products, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by the Company and others, and providing news and information we think will be of interest to you;
  • Monitoring and analyzing trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;
  • Personalizing and improving the Services and providing advertisements, content or features that match user profiles or interests;
  • Providing, maintaining and improving our Services; and
  • Carrying out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

We do not sell or share personal information with other companies for those other companies’ direct marketing purposes. Please reference our Privacy Policy for additional information on how information may be shared to service our customers.

Request Deletion of Your Data

ThinkHR provides HR services and guidance, as well as certifies completion of government-mandated training, which limits our ability to remove data from our platform as employment records and certifications are required in legal record keeping and/or can be solicited for legal proceedings. If you would like your data to be removed from our system, please use the obtain a copy of your data request below clearly stating that you would like your information to be archived, which will remove your data from being accessed through our platform. Note that this is only available to employees whose employers are no longer active on our service.
